In this module, we have covered some of the most important mathematics to build a solid understanding of ML and AI. For instance, the mathematical foundations of deep learning are pretty much all about linear algebra and differential calculus.
There were also areas of differential calculus which we have not covered in this module. For instance, we have not covered differentiation of vector-valued functions. We did this intentionally, as we think that covering those topics in more applied modules will make it much easier for the student to understand why that sort of complexity is required.
